Porifera’s uniquely gentle process can reduce alcohol in wine to <5%, <0.5% or even <0.05% without loosing characteristics of the wine varietal. The process preserves delicate floral notes, astringency and other characteristics of the initial wine.
Our process can reduce alcohol in beer to <0.5% ABV or <0.05% ABV with minimal loss of aromas & flavors, preserving brand character.
While de-alcoholizing we can also concentrate wine or beer to reduce shipping weight and improve shelf stability.
Our gentle membrane process does not require heat and can be performed in low oxygen environment, resulting in superior product compared to competing technologies.
